Any dispute that may arise will be resolved amicably between the two parties. If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the competence lies with the Romanian courts, within the jurisdiction of the headquarters of SOPHIA 2004 SRL.
SOPHIA 2004 SRL is not responsible for damages, costs, lawsuits, claims, or expenses arising from the failure of users to comply with the “Terms and Conditions.”
